FR- M.Carlini, de nationalité italienne, a rejoint la Commission européenne en 1993. Au fil des années, il a acquis une expérience de la politique et de la gestion dans les domaines des télécommunications et des technologies de l’information, de l’audit interne et des ressources humaines. En 2010, il est devenu chef de l’unité “Sélection, recrutement et fin de service” au département des ressources humaines de la Commission. En 2019, il a été nommé directeur de l’Agence exécutive “Education, audiovisuel et culture” (EACEA), qui gère un portefeuille actif de plus de 5 000 projets et doté d’un budget d’environ 1 milliard d’euros par an.
EN – Mr Carlini, an Italian national, joined the European Commission from the private sector in 1993. Over the years, he gained policy and management experience in the areas of telecommunications and information technology, internal audit and human resources. In 2010 he became Head of Unit “Selection, Recruitment and End of Service” in the Commission’s Department for Human Resources. In 2019 he was appointed as Director of the “Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency” (EACEA), managing an active portfolio of more than 5.000 projects and a budget of about 1 billion euros per year.
